Our aim - to promote Hackney as a business destination

We provide a free and independent commercial property search service with properties from local agents and council owned property on our database which is updated regularly. We can also direct you to business support services operating in the borough, networking organisations that can you help your business win new work, and organisations that can work with you to help you finance your business, whether you are just starting up or you have an established business.
We also work closely with local agents, developers, planning consultants and Hackney’s Development Control team to ensure that devlopment in the borough does not happen at the expense of commercial space that supports jobs for local people, and the developments that do happen provide commercial space that is suitable for the needs of Hackney’s businesses.
