The Bottle Apostle

Bottle Apostle is a new and independent shop in Hackney’s Victoria Park Village.
The shop is owned by Andrew Eakin. Is is a young Irishman who moved from Paris to Hackney last year.
Andrew and his wife very much wanted to set up a business in East London where they moved to. Why East London to live? Well, they just felt that East London had great people and was a cool place to be. He loved the village feel to the Victoria Park area and he noticed it was full of great people and great one-off shops.

Our goal is to make buying wine interesting, easy and good fun

Andrew wanted to open up a wine shop that would make wine buying an enjoyable experience and not leave the customer feeling intimidated.
The shop stocks an international assortment of wines and updates its portfolio with around 40 new varieties every month, some of which are exclusive to Bottle Apostle. In store has a very simple layout & the atmosphere is always friendly whether you are local or not, allowing you to move around and shout out questions as you browse and sample. Tom, the general manager, is always happy to help and offer his recommendations.

The Bottle Apostle shop is located at 95 Lauriston Road, Victoria Park Village, Hackney.
