Here at Invest in Hackney we produce a quarterly analysis of the demand we have seen for commercial property. Our previous reports are now on line, just click on the Supply & Demand tab above to access them.

In the Business Support section you can find details of the organisations that operate in the borough that offer help and advice to businesses, no matter what their size or the stage they are at. There is also information on devloping supply chains, including how to win business from the council and other public bodies, together with information on financing your business, taking on property and free or subsidised training that is available for you and your staff.

The Planning and Policy section is where you can find information on the Borough’s strategic plans. This includes the Local Development Framework and the Masterplans that the council is preparing to guide development within the Borough’s Town Centres and at the Wick. You will also find information here on other council policies that may affect your business.
